Mbuti Spear-Form Currency

Same people, same length, a different blade. The twin of its neighbor, but not an echo.

Bronze, nineteen and a half inches, attributed to the Mbuti of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Currencies modeled on weapons and tools circulated widely in Central Africa, serving in marriage payments and exchange and representing wealth in a form everyone knew. This one has a broad, leaf-shaped blade tapering into a long, thin rod that ends in a sharp point. Warm brown patina, slightly rough on the blade, with a small pale area near the point.

Pair it, or leave it alone. It has no trouble being one.
